I'm new here....and read a couple of posts regarding id-ing a certain type of Agama. I've got the same problem. We were told ours was "Painted Agama" I've looked every where on the net...and the only thing I could find was the same page Hobo posted indicating I might have a Laudakia stellio. I've still got tons of questions and I'm not sure where to ask them. Hobo, maybe if you wouldn't mind contacting me? please? Hi Kalee, I know I've seen pics with agamas labelled as 'Painted Agama'. Not sure exactly where right now. Things are a little hectic here right now, but I'll see what I can find over the next few days. Please bear with me if it takes a little longer though. After all... it took over a month to ID Thoth. Hopefully not so long for your guy. What's his name? How long have you had him? Have you seen him showing any colours other than the brown he is in the picture? Any idea how big he is supposed to get? Let you know if we find anything... and welcome to the site!
