aw, i just read through this whole post and its so cute to follow the process!! Now I wish I'd have taken more pictures of raising mine
aww i dont even own a leo and i loved this post! i want one haha my friend just bought one so im trying to find out lots of stuff about them for him and your post has really helped so thankyouu!
lol, every time i read these timeline threads i think the exact same thing! it just hit me the other day when i was weighing bodi (8months old and 75g) just how big she has gotten since i took her, and no photos
Here she is again, at 15 months old. She weighed in at 85 grams tonight. She has definitely been eating well for me. And now for some pics Someone sure does make a mess around here! Here, I took her outside. This picture is her in natural sunlight, instead of with a flash. I was amazed at how much the sun brought out her bright colors. Thanks for your encouragement to keep it up. Yes, it is truly amazing to see how much a little leo grows and changes in the first year! I am glad that I took pictures and kept track
OMG what do you feed that thing.. j/k.. she huge! but beautiful and plumb.. I wish mine would stop being such a little brat!
ah boo, how cute you are! 85g... excellent. its amazing how bright her colours are. i love that shot with the penny, she's just stomping on it thats how big and powerful she has become
Update time again Boo has been eating well this summer, and weighs 86 grams. Earlier this month, after a meal of 9 large crickets, she weighed 88 grams! Typically, she'll eat 1-3 crickets every day or two. And now for the pics Checking out her weight (the day before the 9 cricket feast) Enough picture taking - I'm out of here!
sooo cute. mine is also only 3-4 weeks old. i've had him for a week and was prob only 2-3 weeks when i got him from the store. they didn't say, but was labelled a baby, and very very small, so thats my guess. i guess its not illegal i don't know how much mine weighs though i do not have a scale yet.
I love checking this thread for updated pictures! She's still looking as lovely as ever, 85 grams is quite the accomplishment. Keep us updated~!!
Yep, she's still at 8 5/8 inches. I measured her yesterday, and she actually seemed to be 8 9/16 inches, 1/16 less than before. I don't know . . . either she wasn't as straight as she was last time, or the chubby has made her shorter? ? ? Oh, and I forgot to say in the last post, now she is 16 1/2 months old Her last shed was September 14, and tonight she is looking like she will be all bright and pretty again before morning
It's about time maybe plus a little for an update and a few more pictures age: 18 months Length: 8 3/4 inches Weight: 89 grams She's had a couple sheds since I posted last. Here are a few photos of my little girl. She is a good shedder, so this is only the second piece I have found in her tank. It is quite an amazing piece though . . . it has gone to a kindergarten in a plastic bag as part of the kids lesson about reptiles. Here are a few photos I took before sending it off. photos of her after this shed (10/17) Photos taken since her most recent shed (11/2) She is eating crickets like crazy, but refuses to have anything to do with worms, so I have quite a collection of worms building up . . . maybe I should get another leopard gecko
Yesh you should! hahahaha she looks great btw, so nice and tubby. Ed's been refusing food again (I think just to drive me crazy) but Pumpkin is a little hoover when it comes to super. She ate 5 last night, yes the big ones. And little baby is a great eater.
