So I just started cycling the temps for my BPs (I know I'm about 1 1/2 months late but I have my reasons). Anyone else out there breeding BPs this winter? I'm curious too, do those who would know think that I'll still get eggs at a normal time of year (april-may) if I bring up my temps on 1 Feb, or will I get them about 1 1/2 months later in correlation with my starting to cycle the temps late?
im not breeding for a couple reasons, #1 being ellie is only 2 years old and #2 being that i dont know if her mental state is genetic and i dont think the world is ready for a bunch of ellies
I've decided to bring the temps up 1 March instead of 1 February. I was a month and a half late starting them, so I will only shave a half month off and bring them back up 1 month late.
