a cricket keeper for just a few (150 or less) or a 10-15 gallon tank for bulk. it really depends on how many your keeping. A 10 gallon aquarium can house 1,000-1,500 and a 15 gallon 1,500-2,500. U must have food, water, and shelter such as toilet paper rolls, crumbled paper, and cardboard egg carton. Just make sure they have a screen top, and r well ventilated (stinky) and they have the right temps (70-80).

A rubbermaid or sterilite must be the clearer more slick kind so crickets won't climb sides. A 10 gallon can hosue 2,000 comfortably. They need hiding space. For example, egg cartons, toilet/paper towel rolls, big plastic cups. They need some kind of grain. Or jsut buy popular commercial gutloads. Or internet gutloads from lllreptile.com or cricketfood.com. They need moisture from either zuchinni, carrot, potatoe, orange slice, and apples. Leave top off if you want. They cannot jump out if the hides are not that high. Unless they are 1 inchers or bigger.
