As silly as it sounds I would definitely say yes. Here's why. A month ago I volunteered a few of my herps for a local educational show put on by the herp society I belong to. Among the animals volunteered was Rocko, my Pacific Gopher snake. Right before going I moved him from a 10g to a 15g tank. Overall it was a pretty harrowing experience for him. The show lasted from Friday to Sunday. When I came to pick him up Sunday he was moving all around his new tank still looking for a way out. Now here's what makes me believe he recognized me. People were passing by his tank, he would look @ them and keep moving around. When I walked in front of his tank he STOPPED and STARED @ ME! Just stopped. Tis part is purely wild conjecture, but he seemed to have a look on his face saying "Get me the hell outta here!". I do however believe he recognized me, as Saturday he did the same thing w/ my daughter.
