Okay, we found another one. Probably at least one more in there with Hobo... find out when I move her to the 29G divided tonight. Thought she might be done, but NO... she doesn't listen to me. She's swelling up like a balloon again, so we can count on at least two more eggs. At least this one I found looks good. Got it in the incubator and time will tell.
The egg in the incubator started growing mold and collapsed on one side, so no good. Found another one today (on a leaf). It was already dried , so no chance there. She's still round, but we aren't sure if she just pigged out today or is carrying still more! Let you know if anything else turns up.
Don't even go there... we're already starting to wonder if she'll ever stop... she's swelling again!!!!
I know how to tell how a green anole is a male. but i need to find out how a green anole is a feamale if any one has any anwer please send me a message to me. cause i would like to have a girl!
a felae has a rounded head if you look at her from the side where as the males is longer and not round a female has a white ziz zag pattern down her back but be carefull coz baby anoles and juviniles also have them but when they get larger the males one fades where as the females is nice and white and clear hope that helps
I've found the head shape to be the best indicator (without actually handling the individual). Like reptile.breeder says, the males can also have the stripe down their back too as juveniles, but I've seen adult males that also carry the stripe - not often, but enough to not use it as a clear indicator on its own.
