    I agree, looks like a Boa Constrictor. Someone probably did'nt want him anymore and desided to dump him, r u going to take care of him.

    Yes, I will... I have a colombian red tail boa that is about 5 1/2 ft, they look like the same snake... so he has a permant home. With my bf and I.

    Personal matter, and I dont believe I have to disclose this to you.

    Janice: He is sweet, he ate a mouse already, And he is currently being housed in a 20 long, with a heat mat, heat lamp, and on news paper. I still do not know what kind of snake he/she is. I guess I will take him to my breeder tomorrow to find out.

    A Colombian Red Tail Boa and a Boa Constrictor are the same species. A Red-Tail Boa simply is a Boa Constrictor with a red tail.

    that definately looks like a columbian red-tail to me. a buddy of mine used to have one and they're one of my favorite species of snake.
