I found 2 eggs in my tank today. They look bad. I don't think they will hatch, they are all dented in. I'm going to try to incubate anyway. I was wondering if my substrate could be the problem. I use reptibark. Does anyone have a better idea for a substrate for them? Or better yet any idea what could have dented the eggs? I found some mealworms in the bottom and a couple of beetles from the mealworms in the bark, could they have done that?

I found using soil with them worked best. They bury the eggs in it and crix, etc. don't seem to get under it, so they are more likely to be eaten than to hide on the anole.
