I dont live near you so I cant really tell you.Its proably not the best idea to order them online. You should proably go find one at a petstore and check it for these three things
    1 bubles at the nose
    2 shellrot
    3 gunk at the eyeballs

Does it have to be a baby? They have less room for error, especially on diet, then an adult will.
If this is your first tortoise, why not check into adopting an adult?

if you can't find one to adopt try http://www.crystalpalacereptiles.com/products.php?cat=19
they have a good reputation and also do horsfields. £100

    UVB
    - Tube reptisun 10.0 £30 + P&P http://www.livefoods.co.uk/product_info.ph...products_id=578 (replace every 4-5months). Also requires sperate heat bulb, house hold bulb will do
    - MVB (heat and light) £42 http://www.southwestexotics.com/shop/upload/index.php (replace after 1 year)

digital temp gauges with probes are best £7 http://www.livefoods.co.uk/product_info.ph...products_id=767

If you are keeping inside which I assume you will with the weather here you will need a tortoise table, I'd recommend building your own.

you'll also want calcium supplement I recommend minerall. O for MVB or outdoors, I for tube. A cuttle fish bone is also a good way to get calcium into them.
    food - Dandelions, endive, escasarole
