I have been told every thing from every 5 days to every 2 weeks.

Aries is just over a year , just a bit longer than a 10 gal standard tank. He is eating small rats now. I have only been abble to talk to one really good breeder in person and he said every 5 days is how he feeds his babies, and he is the one that said to go to rats now. Not that i dont belive him....just wondering what you guys think?

If you want to "power feed" them, you can feed once a week. They can easily go for 2 weeks. There will be a period of time where they will not want to eat at all. Generally, this is the natural time they would hibernate in their tropical habitat. Mine usually went for close to 2 months from November through December and sometimes even 3 months. You'l understand this time because you will be able to place a live rat beside your snake and the snake will show absolutely no interest in it. Just feel your snake out. You'll notice a change in behaviour when they get hungry. Generally not as "peaceful" as usual.
