if you build the appropriate reservoirs into the bottom of the enclosure, you can use styrofoam and tiling grout to mold and craft a waterfall down the sides for humidity. I built one for a friend like that and its pretty amazing.

I hope you realize to maintain a Chinese Water Dragon as an adult you Need a Cage at Least 8 Ft Long. X 4 Ft High. X 4 Ft Depth. They need plenty of Air Flow and A pond Area to Do Best

Well since Water dragons LOVE the water and are in it for most of the day, definitely make a large enough space for swimming. and you can section off the water to make it half water half land. That will give you most of the humidity you need.

I think you got the sides a little mixed up. CWDs are semi arboreal, that 8 foot long should really be 8 foot high.

@leon: Realistically though, it really is a huge cage. I would say 5'-6' long x 3'-4' deep x 6'-8' high is a pretty accurate representation of minimalistic requirements.

They are big but I loved the inside deco and used the plants and flower idea for my enclosure.I just wish I could find a good jungle/forest background that isnt either too small or too expensive.

What kind of dimensions are you looking at for the time being? A better question might be: how long are you wanting this setup to last him? I know you don't want to build the adult enclosure now, but you want to at least allow for a decent amount of growing room, otherwise you're just wasting time and effort. Anyways, let me know on dimensions and I'll try to dig out some ideas for you.
