hey my roomamte got this turtle from her friend who said she caught it in mississippi. she said she didnt know what kind it was . these are the best pictures i could take until i find my memory card
I've looked at this for a couple days now, and still can't decide exactly what it is. Can you possibly get a picture of it's head and plastron, with decent lighting? Pick it up and hold it near a lamp if you need to. If there's red spots then she has a red eared slider. Also, the water looks a bit shallow. Does the turtle have a UVB light and proper filtration?
we actually found out it is just a common map turtle and yes she got a fileter for it and a repti 10.uvb bulb sry i shoulda posted an update
