Mealworm Beetles?

I'm trying to breed mealworms and got some beetles now. It looks like they have wings, can those things fly?

Nope, they dont climb flat surfaces either. i leave the top off of my beetle cage. And leave a piece of big drift wood with lots of small holes in it fort them to lay eggs in.

i love them beetles. there slower than the worm and cant do anything basically. and they crunch lol

 

And how regularly do you eat them?
