MY ANOLE IS ACTING WIERD PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS!

    My anole lives alone in a 10 gallon tank, with i brand new set up that is very very nice that i made for im yesterday and he has stayed green the whole time since i made the new set up and hes been happy, but tody he climbed down from his basking spot and started bobbing his head, doing push ups, extending his throat fan(which is pink) and spinning his arm in circles!! what is he doing??? is on meth?? :roll:

    Are there any shiny objects or mirrors near the cage. He probably saw his reflection and mistook it for another anole. He is not on Meth

    yeah well i put a black drape over each side which makes it easy for him to see his refelction

    This is normal anole behaviour. Although it does usually only happen if there are more that one anole per cage. I wouldn't worry about it, unless it starts happening more frequently.

    Usually new members make the mistake of posting on old topics.
    Usually you shouldn't dig up an old post that is more than a couple of weeks old unless it has been updated by the original poster.
