As far as the bump, I really can't help. I would just say take him to a vet...

Have you tried a different type of food? That is all I can think of.

Hopefully everything turns out for the best.

I know everyone will want to know, what is the setup? Age of the dragon?

and then what's the enclosure like? with heat lamp or not? any big water bowl? how big is the tank? you need to make it comfort, read some caresheet about CWD, and do what it says,

    Hi,
    Welcome to the forum.
You need to make some serious changes to your setup.
A 20g is nowhere near big enough for a CWD, even if it's just baby.
They need big cages with lots of space.
They need heat, UVB lighting, and a fairly humid setup.
They need height to climb with branches overhanging the water. This is their natural habitat.
Is the bump hard or soft, does it look infected ? a trip to vet would be a good idea.
It may not be eating for several reasons.
    1) the setup is not good
    2) incorrect lighting, heating etc
    3) may be parasites
These are just a few, many other factors could be involved.
You need a setup some thing similar to this.
