I've had my gecko for 7 years and I love him dearly. I left him home with my mom while I take finals (bad idea) because she left his cage open while feeding him and my cat jumped in and bit him. Apparently she tried to pick him up in her mouth to carry him away, but my mom got her to drop him. He has an open wound on his side and was bleeding a little. We aren't sure of the extent of his injuries, as he is so tiny and I am unfamiliar with his internal structure. That was a day and a half ago and he is still alive, but not eating and obviously not looking great. Is there anything I can do for him?? To prevent infection and help him heal if possible?
