I've been able to find information on reptiles that are actually banned from the state of NY, or require a license to own, but no information on regulations as far.. say.. taking a 3 or 4 foot iguana (that's not banned by the state for any reason) out for a walk in a public park.

Any resource links would be appreciated.

    thanks.

it is illegal to own any reptile that has the capability of getting over 5ft in NY, but for some reason the green iguana law is restricted just to the NYC regions. i see you are in buffalo so i would assume that it is fine to walk it.
