Pairing or Solitude

    Would the Bearded Dragon's overall happiness be found living with fellow dragon(s) :?
    or in seclusion?????

    If it's a boy, house him alone.

    If it's a girl, sometimes they will happily live with another girl of similar size, but if you get another, make sure you quarantine, and get fecals done before introducing them to each other.

    If you already have a boy and are thinking of getting a girl (or have a girl and are thinking of getting a boy), do not house them together unless they are at least 18 months old and ONLY if you want to breed (we prefer at least 24 months old).

    If you have a boy, you won't be able to house another boy with him. They WILL fight, and you'll probably end up with one or two dead dragons.

    The biggest thing you must concider is space. Dragons are big. for two, you need twice as much space. remember that.
