When I try to upload a new personal photo, it kept saying it was too big, too big, too big. So on Paint I did the "stretch/skew" thing and reduced the size by 50%. Now when I try to upload it, it says "You used an invalid file extension". What does that mean? How can I upload this pic? :D

Chances are the original image you are trying to upload is larger than the maximum size allowed. Using stretch and skew in paint doesnt actually change the physical filesize of an image much.. just it's dimensional size. ( more or less )

If you then saved the file from paint in a format such as tiff or bmp, that would give you the "invalid file extension" error.

Valid extensions are gif, jpeg, jpg, png.

I have increased the maximum upload size, so try again. If it still says that the file is too large.. well then really the file is VERY big. As most images now should be able to upload without resizing.

There are a few nice, free programs for image manipulation.
    GIMP: http://www.gimp.org/
    Google Picasa: http://picasa.google.com/

If all else fails.. email me your image and I will resize it for you.
