Pic of new enclosure I'm building , any improvement advice?

    The sides are made of melamine wood so the moistre does not affect the wood, the vents are on each side which are covered in metal mesh, yes there is a brazilian male red tail in one, and a surinam female in the other.
    These cages will house a snake up to 7.5 feet comfortabley

    where can you buy big panes of glass and how much is it?
    is there something similar to it thats perhaps more lightweight and/or cheaper?
    and is it hard to work with? do you just glue it in with aquarium sealant?

    great tank, i too wonder how much it cost to build and how hard was it to well.....build?
