hahaha holy crap that's awesome.. it's like the poor guy's guide to a cool tank (no offense) but i bet it makes him/her just as happy as buying stuff from a pet store.. the only cooler thing would be if you made the 2 rock hides out of cardboard too lol! good stuff!!

These are all really really cool!! I havn't made a beyond-basic setup for my leo's because they're going to be moved into their own tanks, hopefully this week.
What do you guys recommend for a nice-looking but still not complicated tank setup? I have a 10 gallon tank for each gecko. I'd like to do some sort of plant, but my leo's hate the fake ones (they hid in their caves, and came out only once to inspect it, made pissed off faces and refused to go near that section of the tank for a week). So what real plants do you recomend that they would like, and that I could fit comfortably in a 10 gal?

Thanks so much guys, these are beautiful tanks!! You have very lucky leos!

landon_ltca, I don't see why the slate would be more difficult for a beginner - it's a great substrate for any level of experience!

    Zubi's Viv

Here are 2 pics of Zubi's Viv. It is a 29 gallon. I took out all the sand so the floor is 12x12 tiles and flat lake rock. You can see an outline of the rocks on the floor at the right side. Zubi loves it, but is still timid. I only got her 3 days ago.
