    around the sub-adult age, youll notice two spurs on both sides of the cloca vent for males. however, if you see them, there is still a possibility of it being female. if a female does have spurs, they are much smaller than males.
    another way to sex snakes is probing. experienced keepers should only attemp this.
    popping is another sexing method....again, only attempt this if you are an experienced keeper.

    Thanks!! I have actually. I was leaning very strongly towards one but ppl told me they are bad eaters if you're not lucky. But my next snake will definitely be a ball. I'm totally in love with them :)
