My PGopher just regurged his hopper....
i dont know why... his heat is set at 80 in the warm spot and
humidity is in the 65-70 range
he has mult-hides and a HUGE water bowl..
and is on aspen.... and hes about a year old
judging by his leagth (20 inches)

i know not to try to feed againg for say 2 weeks
and to go small like 1 pinky

but any ideas why he barfed?? and anything i can do
    to prevent/improve his life.

Well, he might have regurgitated due to the low temp. Get the warm side up to 85 degrees. And you should be fine feeding him again in about a week.

One more thing, try to drop the humidity a little. Maybe replace that water bowl with a smaller one, that'll do it.

If he's 20" he should be eating rat pups. My 18" red phase west texas bull is eating newborn rats which are the size of small mice.

he can get a small feeder down with some effort
so i didnt want to push him... and just fed to fuzzies
    or one hopper/one fuzzie combo
he got a bit of runny stool the last time i fed a feeder..

hes 20 inches exactly but only like barly a inch wide at is thickest and his head is 1/2 inch

i have only had him a 2 mths.. hes a resuce
and had lived in damp dirt with no water or heat sourse
and no food for 4 mths

You may have stressed his stomach if he had not eaten in 4 months. you should drop the hum and raise heat. also try to let him have a lot of quiet before and after you feed he may have gotten scared. when I first got my wild-caught gopher she regurgitated all over me because i did not know she had eaten. good luck!
