well i was reading some of these posts because in a few years i plan on getting a uro because they are vegiterians which is a BIG plus for me. the thing is i noticed people were saying to use seed for a substrate and what i'm wondering is how on earth do you keep bugs like nats and fruit flys and moths from getting into it and infestiong it. i have a parrot and have used seed and i learned that you have to freeze the seed to kill anything and change it within two days or else bugs will lay their eggs in it. thanks for any insight on this. i really like to be prepared ahead of time thats why i'm asking now:)
