Tip # 1 Keep a spray bottle/medicine dropper filled with rubbing alcohol or vinegar near your tanks. If you get bit, spray/drop into the snakes mouth. The bitters will force them to let go. Tip # 2 When dealing with rescued snakes (or any that face these symptoms) that can be dehydrated and facing scale rot, put a bit of tattoo wax on them once/day.
