I was just wondering if rock iguanas and spiny-tailed iguanas are the same thing because some pictures i found say both. Dosany body know if they are the same or diffrent? :?
Some of the confusion may be that many animals have a common name or nickname (for instance, "pit bulls" can be a variety of different dog breeds). So spiny tails may be called a "rock" iguana because they sometimes hang around on rocks. The spiny tailed and rock iguanas appear to be completely different genus/species though.
