Is it possible to train a 8yr old female iggy Or is it too late?. all my ig wants to do is lay under her lamps and eat lol. occasionally shell scratch to come out wander round for 2 mins then go back inside her home.
she lookd REAL bored to me :( she is as tame as ever never bitten whipped or clawed.(intentionally) i know htey like to relax allday but i feel guilty she looks so bored. bearing in mind i know its feb and cold here still in teh uk BUT my house is a hot house 99.9% of the time lol
    any ideas welcome.

Well the only few things I can think of are :

Is the enclosure big enough, youre iguana must be around 6 foot maybe bigger. An enclosure of around 10ft by 6 or 7ft high and 3-4 ft wide is a nice size for an iggy.
Also it could be the activity in the enclosure iggys like height have you got enough logs or cork based woods for climbing?
