    alright, I think I have this one figured out, but I thought I'd check here and see what you all thought...

    Coluber constrictor flaviventris or the Eastern yellowbelly racer?

    I found him in Williamson County, TX, just to give you an idea of locale...

    Well it is a racer but you would have to consult some range maps to find out which one. Or ask you locale herp society.
