I am going to add one thing here since I dont feel like making another thread. Tweety died today. I came home and was about to feed him and I just found him on the bottom of the cage. He probably died of old age, he died at around 9 years old which was pretty good for him, but still. I am going to miss that territorial, ball of energy. And this came out of no where. Literally, this morning he was eating well, didnt look sick, singing his songs, active as can be. I checked him over for injuries and there werent any, just a dead bird.
Aww, im so sorry, thats tough : ( It'll be alright with the support of your other herps, 9 years is quite an old age, he had quite a long life, and im sure a good one
Well I dont think he had a good life, we got him as a rescue at 7. We ment to get a cocketiel but a parakeet worked out well. Well, he had a better life with us than with his old owners I know. R.I.P. Tweety
