UTH Question

    which heat pad is good for a ball python i have the Heatwave rainforest under tank heater which says it helps with humidity but is it hot enough for a ball python? because there is a desert version aswell and i heard its not as good for them what do you guys suggest?

    i just use the 40gal sized zoomed one. i use zoomed for all my UTHs

    I agree with Shanna. The ZooMed brand UTHs are the cheapest, will sufficiently heat one end of an enclosure, and, while they are known to fluctuate (a therm/rheostat should ALWAYS be used!!), are a reputable brand. UTHs aren't going to affect the humidity.
