Wax Worms

    my anole seemed to be eating a whole ton..... of course i dusted the food......

    but he never got any fatter.... of course since i got him from PETCO

    so i went to get some live wax worms but couldnt find any..
    my anole will never eat dead ones....

    the petstore had wax worms but were dead..... could you give me advice in fattening up my anole??

    well, there isn't much really you can do. Small waxworms is about your best bet, but don't feed too many cuz they're not very good for 'em, although they do help in slowly putting the weight back on.

    Other than that, there's not much you can do except keep piling on the crickets.

    could you not order them over the net they might cost £3 but least you have one fat gecko at the end of it

    sorry one fat anole when i had 2 skinny anoles i used wax worms and then the skinner of the two got alot bigger now scares of the other anole who used to do the same to the now fat one
