the other night i looked over into Thor's cage and noticed that he was on his log trying to "swim". has anyone ever had a beardie do this? is this something i should be concerned about or is he just stretching?

some do this whilst trying to dig, to go to sleep, or brumate, or whatever...

We do let ours swim though. They get soaked in a tub usually at least once a week, and in the spring & summer when it's hot out, they have their swimming pools on weekends.

Yeah, Sherbert's doing exactly the same thing right now....

Seems like brother and sister have similar habits, hehe :)

interesting behavior, I ahve not seen that one before... a funny one I think is when they close their eyes when full.... its like a 2 year old thinking "if I can;t see it, it don't exist!

Hi Cook!!! Captian Cooks sis is being really lazy right now, she did not go into a full brumation, but she sure is lazy and hardly moves during the day!
