I saw a show on, I think it was the Discovery Channel, where guys train their bodies to have super-human strength so they can perform feats like that. Do you do that kinda training?

My father was a 2nd Degree Blackbelt before he died and he could do 12 bricks with his hand...................sure does take some cajones to even ATTEMPT stuff like that. I commend you.
