What is your favorite *VENOMOUS* Snake?

    Gee, CornyGuy hit all of mine; Gaboon, Boomslang, Copperhead, and Black Mamba. I'm in SoCal, and the only venomous thing we've got around here are the Southern Pacific Rattlers. I saw one for the first time last summer.

    I was just looking at some pics of green tree vipers yesterday. Gorgeous colour on them eh? I like those Ceylonese Palm vipers too.

    I vote for eyelash viper. My fav color is yellow and they don't get much more yellow than that!

    My favourite ven would have to be a Red Bellied Black Snake, not only for the look of them but also for there rather calm temperament (though that being said they are still certainly something to be taken very seriously and not to be messed with).

    I must say the inland taipan, heads the LD-50 by a long way. That and they can run you down in long grass. Besides that, the bushmaster runs a very close second.

    Cape Cobra because these animals are just amazingly beautiful and when they show that hood you feel mortal.
