I had an oscar once he was in a 200 gallon tank with my green severum ( the severum was huge aswell) and they were the funniest pair ever. They use to act all bitchy in front of people and then when the lights went out they were snuggling together

We are waiting to get a couple more female rats. We have 2 that are pregnant now, I can't wait to see the babies!!!! Out of the 4 mice I listed, I only have Spot & the babies left....don't ask.

Janice, becareful of the mummy rat. I remember i was cleaning the cage out one time and i looked away for one second and she bit me. It was so bad. She was really fast aswell i was being so careful. She was very protective of her young.
The babies are so adorable, it is nice to watch them grow up.

Théa hasn't even had her babies yet. I was snapping my fingers in front of the door, to see is she or Rosy would come, and they were both ignoring me. Théa was on the top shelf so I put my hand in the cage and snapped againg, and she lunged at my hand and bit me. And it was no nibble. She actually drew blood. I realize that she will get protective of the babies, but she's just gotten nasty. I had to clean out their cage yesterday, and I made my husband take them out.

I love all animals. My husband calls me Dr. Doolittle. LOL. I have owned dogs, cats, rabbits, rats, chinchilla, guinea pigs, fish, and a variety of other critters as well as my reptiles. I have held baby tigers and bobcats. Rescued wild geese, cats, rabbits, chipmunks, and dogs. Even got to hug a zebra. So yes, I am addicted!
