Thankyou so much - I love him. I'm new to keeping geckos & I've only had him for about 3-4 weeks. He's still quite shy but I put my hand in the tub every day & have had him crawl onto my hand etc., I've so much to learn. I have a wooden viv given to me by a friend so I'm in the process of setting that up. I bought a proportional pulse thermostat from ebay & have a digital thermometer. I plan to use cork board (on a roll) for substrate so I can put the UTH under it. How long have you had your geckos?
About 2 months, I'm also new and she's 4 months old, well soon. I'm having trouble taming her because she's quite skittish/defensive but has a lot of personality Leos are usually calm and docile, yours will be too. Wood vivariums are the best in my opinion, I have one too with a UTH inside...I use an extra infrared light for winter, but Africa is generally pretty hot. But this forum is a very good place for help, goodluck!
Thanks for that. i too have a red Night Bulb which I will also use cos it looks nice mainly.I've been reading about your leo girl getting all upperty lol - unfortunately I can't help as I don't know enough about them yet but I'm sure someone will be able to assist and give you guidance. Good luck.
I've just been browsing the forums and saw your piccies of Kim ? She's lovely & looks like my Toby. Is that ordinary household carpet in the viv ?
