What. to gut load crickets

I know that you can gut load crickets with carrots. What else is good to gut load the crickets? Thanks

I use flukers gut load and bran flakes for dry food. Then I also give them potatos, watermelon, grapes, celery. Anything you can feed a reptile, you can give as a gut laod. I prefer to use different items because they all have different vitamins and minerals. But when using the "wet foods" you have to make sure to change it often so you don't get mold. It will kill off your crickets.
