Anyone used this site? It's a little cheaper than some others, and he has more aux. products. I was wondering about the quality and customer service, if anyone has used them.

Last time I ordered from them (about a year ago) my order was broken up into three seperate shipments without ever notifying me and sent over a two week period. They wouldn't respond to repeated emails or a phone call until a day before the last package arrived and still didn't explain what happened or why. I'll never use them again, but I've heard that many other people have had no problems with them at all. Guess I was just unlucky.
Location should still have nothing to do with breaking my shipment into three different packages. -_-
I've used wormman once and had trouble. Things were shipped late, customer service was sub-par. I've only used them that 1 time, so maybe it was a fluke. But enough people have complained about them to keep me away.
