yucky goo

I volenteer at the lowry park zoo in tampa and one of the people i work with in the BOP(birds of prey show)has a turtle that has goo like stuf in its mouth and nose.what is this???

 

sounds like a respiratory infection which will kill if not treated by a vet.

It is RI, If it swims on it's side, it has it for sure, the volenteer needs to get that turtle to a vet now. It's very common in hatchling turtles.
