Hey, I was wondering if anyone here knew where I can find Alberta bylaws regarding herps and just animal keeping in general. I've been poking around the government sites and what not trying to find out what's illegal in terms of feeder insects, herps and buying/selling reptiles but I haven't really been able to come up with much at all. Any ideas as to where I can find this info? Thanks in advance, - Robes

RE: Alberta F&W Regs Ya I've been all through the Queen's Printer and looked up everything I can find - in that document you linked I assumed that the 'non-licence animals' were the ones considered illegal, but Part 5 or Section 5 is confusing because it seems to say that it is perfectly legal to keep the non-licence animals. Most of the legal documents pertain more to hunting and farming that actually keeping or selling exotic animals, I still haven't been able to find a clear cut list of illegal animals in Alberta.
