my baby leopard gecko is not eating hes getting skinny i have to hand feed him sometimes. all he wants to do is sleep i watched him drink from his dish a few times but he doesnt eat from his meal worm dish he doesnt even see it. i have a warm hide and a cool hide warm hides at 90-94 degrees. can anybody help me with expierience this is my first gecko and so far it hasnt been a good expirience
I have a handicapped leo and I have to hand feed him worms.... he may resist but if you want to keep him living you may need to force feed him the worms. .. The trick is tweezers with a coated end. make him open up and shove it far enough in that he has no choice but to chew it down.. or if solid like foods are not working, you may have to mash them up into a sludge and feed that with an eye dropper.
