RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. It worked? haha! For some reason my pc is recognising it. it comes up with '?' when i can see it i may explain.
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. I see the symbol as well.....Zombie, do you have any language packs installed for IE? You need those in order to view chinese, japanese symbols.
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. Its kanji. No, i dont have a langauge pack installed, because i dont use IE. Help!
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. Try going to this site ...it should prompt you to install a language pack. If not then you'll need to enable install on demand for your browser. This is what I see, is that what it's supposed to look like?
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. Yep, thats it. But that site is just ??????????????? lol. Anyone use Firefox here? Or can help?
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. I've used both, it should have automatically asked to install a language pack. Assuming your OS is Windows XP, go to Control Panel, and then Regional and Languages Options, click on the Languages tab, and see if your Install files for East Asian Languages checkbox is ticked. It will then ask you to insert your OS cd to install the needed files. It may have a hard time finding all the files and keep asking you for the right location. All the needed files are in the I386 and I386/Lang folders.
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. Yep Xp, I tried the langauge tab, but the files werent on my pc, and my CDrom drive doesnt work ( ) so i cant get it off there. But.. I found the right things on the microsoft site. So it all works now, even that site you linked. Thanks.
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. You're welcome..I was going to suggest going to M$ as well but I figured it was easier to just use the XP Cd. Besides, the less time you have to spend on microsoft.com the better LOL Now that it's working can you tell us why?
RE: Re: RE: Crazy foool. Nahhh, that wouldnt be fun at all, im sure you can figure it out if you really want. It wasnt that important, i was just curious about something.
