    Yup, it does work, of course, one thing the article doesn't mention (I didn't write it, heh), but having something that can heat the water helps.

    You could use a cut-off 1 gallon milk carton, with an aquarium heater, then stand the 2 liter soda bottle inside that. That would help warm things up a bit.

    Warmer air (especially warmer humid air) expands, so the extra pressure from that expansion would cause increased humidity, and increased output from the airline.

    I'll probably modify the article as soon as I get time to expand on it a lil bit, and include more info & options.

    How long have you had it running? It may take a while, even a few days (especially if the water's cool/cold), before it has any real effect.

    cool ideal also maybe my pump could be bigger, im using one for a 10 gal, and it humidifing a 20L
