gardner snake!!!

    Garter snakes arent too bad, but they can be tricky when it comes to feeding. They can also be very flighty and emit an awful smelling musk.

    also how is their behavior???? diet? shedding temperture???? humidity????? aggressivness??

    These are a cpl of pics of 2 garters that I had caught back in June. They seemed pretty docile, compared to stories I have heard. I let them go after a month...it was too hard to feed it what it needed. I figured that a month of sardines was enough for those 2. They did strike at one of my kids, but I think that it was because she was being too hesitant when she was trying to pick it up. I kept the humidity, temps, substrate just as it was where I caught them.
