Sorry for spamming this wonderful forum! :D

I have a UTH, but our Winter is really cold...and my leo is pale because the temps aren't correct. Substrate temp on the warm side is 29-30 degrees Celsius (she is not going into shed)

I'm going to buy an Infra-red light for her, but what wattage? 50W, 75W or 100W?
Look at the first 3 ones, which one should I get?

It's a long vivarium, made out of wood and it has 2 glass sliding doors, how am I supposed to install it inside the viv? I'm not great at DIY but if someone can tell me what to do, then I should be able to.

Can you post a picture of the cage so we know what we are working with? A 50w should be plenty since you only need to raise the warm side a couple degrees.
