Are there any problems with keeping birds and reptiles in the same room? I've been considering getting some sort of bird but I didn't know if there were any health problems that birds could pass to reptiles. Thanks for your reply.
There is Salmonella, but your reptile would have to touch your bird or you would have to handle them both without washing your hands to have any chance to pass it. The only other transmittable thing I'm aware of would be parasites, mostly stuff like mites and ticks.
