Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are my favorites. Sea World is cool, Epcot is neat if you're into science, Disney is good if you have kids. For night life, City Walk is a lot of fun and so is Downtown Disney. Have fun!
It depends, what do you want to see in Orlando? Are you more into the Theme parks, or clubs? Daytona is super close, with great beaches.
