How do u load an avatar.

In the my account section, it says this,

DO NOT select an avatar that starts with the filename "custom-". These are reserved for specific members on the site. You can now upload a custom avatar through the "Profile" section of the forum.

where do I find the "Profile" section of the forum does it even exist. How do I load a an avatar of my own.

 

You have to have the correct size, I think it's 80 by 80 pixels. I just shrnk mine. Then go into profile, and at the bottom where it says 'upload from your machine' and browse. That should be where you do it.

 

were is "profile" thats what I need to know.

 

You will see at the top of this page, over toward the right ?FAQ, Search, Memberlist, Watched topics, and under that is Profile, You have messages, Logout. Profile! How did you get the Avatar you are currently using?
