Kim is a lovely, and healthy looking little leo = )

I wouldn't raise the humidity in the entire enclosure as this can lead to other complications by allowing varieties of bacteria and mold to more easily manifest themselves.

I know she is skittish, so this may be easier said than done... but you can take a damp cotton swab and try to roll the skin down and loosen it up. If you are very careful, you can pull loose pieces away with you fingers or tweezers.

Another tactic would be to create a sort of temporary "sauna". You can place the leo in an enclosed container with a thin layer of warm water and some paper towels. This will be highly humid, and will allow the moisture to make contact with the loose shed and help to soften it up. After 20 minutes or so, you can try using a cotton swab or something similar to roll the old skin away.

There are also some products that can be helpful. I've not used them before, but heard of something called "Shed Aid" ? I Think? It may be available online or through a pet store.
