My friend ordered alot of bugs for me 1000 superworms,1000 crickets,500 meal worms. Anyway I wasn't home when the order came in so my mom got it all set up for me. The crickets are in a big rubbermaid container with a few holes in the top I will drill some more. Should I cut a hole on the top and put a screen on it? Also my mom said alot of the crickets died.She said that the bottom got to wet mosture kills them right? For the superworms.The are in a large shoe box or sterlite whatever with bran and oat meal bedding.There alot of dead ones floating around to..? The meal worms are doing fine I took alot of the pupae out when they turn into beetles what should I do thanks.
Okay. I got the cricket container all cleaned out and put some new egg carton in there so nothing is moist. Should I put paper towel down as a bedding or?
I don't use any bedding for crickets nor do I think it's needed. yes you should cut a hole in the lid and glue aluminum screen over it. What are you using for water and food?
Okay. I use a carrot or luttuce for water. A bowl or cricket gutload for food.. I was cleaning the superworm container picking out all the dead ones and the stupid cat **** in the oat meal bedding.
Lol I know Shes very supportive of my collection to bad her fiance isn't so thrilled about snakes haha
